Customer service is awful. I called to find out about a product and if it were in stock. The woman was in a rush I understand it's holiday season it must be busy. I didn't hear from her for an hour, so I decided to stop in since it was on my way. I walk into the store and there's two customer, one who's already at the register. I'm immediately approached by the woman who took my call and after I ask if they have the necklace she responds oh you're the one who called no we don't we have different ones though. At this point it's been an hour since I called and you couldn't give me a simple call back? It was not busy when I walked in nor was this woman assisting another customer. I would've called a different store. She didn't have th necklace so I'm assuming since she wouldn't make a sale she didn't care enough to call back.
