I love that this Panera is located near five below and several little shops. My go to order is a Cinnamon Crunch Bagel. They have less options for cream cheese flavors. So I pick honey walnut. Today I ordered a orange cranberry muffin with a smoothie. It was delicious.

The Panera Tuna sandwich is so heavenly that  one might secretly smile at the notion the angels are breaking Parmesean Toast to go with that delectably & perfectly seasoned French Onion Soup. Yum Yum Yum!  Parking: Super ample parking all around the area.  Wheelchair accessibility: I saw lots of wheelchair ready businesses abound.

Very kind and helpful staff. A lovely atmosphere and plenty of comfortable seating. Appropriate for school and remote working, simply dining, meeting friends or even reading a book over coffee.  The food is always great-tasting and fresh, and I’ve never experienced longer than expected wait times for my food or beverages.  If you want to eat your fill, things can get a little pricey I ordered a “take two” with Mac n cheese and a Caesar salad, with an iced latte. That cost me almost exactly $20.

This is my favorite Panera, the cashiers make my day everyday I go in there. I believe their names are Sam and I forget the other one name but she’s great too. I went in today around 3:24 and I didn’t even need to say my order they simply just know my usual. And they put up with my unusual requests and I love them for that. My name is Kam and I hope by placing a review they get some sort of reward like a raise. 10/10 experience every time.

I ordered the group soup which states serves 4. It barely served 2. One person would definitely get more broth than anything else. I called to inquire about more order, whomever answered the phone must have thought they were home since they said "Hello". I had to asked if this was Panera. I questioned the individual she asked did I get a tall container, I don't know if you would consider it tall. I was placed on hold to speak with the manager you guessed it after 10 minutes the call disconnects and when I called back you guessed it again now the phone just rings and rings several times then disconnects.  I WILL NEVER order from this particular store again. This is an absolute rip off.

Great tasting food, fast pickup. Very lackluster customer service by one elderly lady in the morning who doesn’t greet customers well, if at all. I’ve gotten the bagel packs several times, and the bagels are consistently sliced crooked. Not sure if that’s a machine or human error. I’d give 5-stars on food and 3-stars on the morning customer service.

Never super crowded but always busy. Haven't had a bad meal or experience there yet. That being said, I wish they would bring the Cobblestone pastry back at my local Panera

Went to Panera today and I just don't know what happened to the customer service that used to be present. The person that waited on me.... Then I was by the counter waiting for my food  and needless to say the attitude that a couple of them were putting off was a little less than to be desired. To top it off something I ordered they were out of and the way the worker expressed it was an experience I don't want to happen to anyone else. Hopefully one day people will realize it's the entire experience you get when you are spending money to dine out. It's a choice you make.

Service was good and usually is here, but wow this place is filthy. Floors are dirty dust everywhere bathroom is disgusting handles are broken,  no tables are clean, crumbs everywhere. Place looks like it is suffering from an absentee manager. Needs some attention

Prior to leaving home I order my breakfast, before they are open, I leave for work and stop on the way and my bag is waiting for my next to the entrance. You can't beat that. Once at work I've got a nice hot sandwich and a delicious blueberry scones. Great way to start the day.
