I know I can always count on Wawa regardless if it’s 12:34am or 3:30pm. Their customer service is always excellent and my food is always delicious! Especially my special drinks. Thanks to Caryn who is always there providing the best service with her friendly approach and great leadership. I would be surprised if she wasn’t higher management! Great work

How do you touch food with such filthy men's room.  Please assign someone to check the restrooms every 30 minutes. You have just one restroom. How long does it take to get it cleaned? Or leave a brush and cleaner by the flush so that customers can help you to keep the toilets clean.

I order with the app and pickup most of the time. It’s fast service but most of the times I got to look for my orders it’s in different locations most of the time…

What's the since of being able to order what condiments you want on a sub when they dont put what you ordered on it. I ordered a turkey and cheese sub with mayo, extra oil & vinegar and oregano. Got just turkey and cheese sub. Before leaving out of parking lot, make sure you check.   Smh.

This place is horrible in the morning. For years now the owner of the company's knows how packed it gets in there. 4 cash registers but only 2 people work if you go there before work you take a chance of being late. So it's not a good place to grab something 'before work'.

I went in there and ordered a chocolate chocolate chip smoothie. I paid and went to the drink counter to pick it up and saw that no one had even started making it. As as matter of fact there wasn't anyone behind the drink counter. Keep in mind, there were hardly any customers in there. There were three people behind the counter where they make the food orders not paying attention. They didn't even pick up my order. I ask one girl if it went through. She didn't answer and asked another girl "who's gonna get it?" They were all debating who was going to make it. The one girl kept whining that she didn't know how to make them. The other two girls had to show her. I noticed that she started making the drink and then threw out the contents from the blender and started all over again. She kept yelling "don't ever ask me to do this again!" Then all of them started raising their voices and goofing around all the while the loud mixer was on. Then two people came in that they obviously knew personally who came up at the drink counter and the girls started talking to them instead of doing their job. When I got the smoothie I asked if there were chocolate chips in there and one of the girls said yes. I told her it looked like cookies and cream. I tasted it and told her it was cookies and cream. Then she pointed at the girl who made it and said something like you were the one who made it! Another girl said something to the effect that she doesn't know what she is doing. I told her again it tasted like cookies & Cream. She then said "oh no, no, no, she threw out the first one she made!" So, she admitted the order was wrong. Then she asked if I wanted chocolate chips on top of the drink. I'm thinking, how about paying attention, get the order correct, do your job and train your employees. These drinks are not cheap. This is the worst customer service i've ever had at Wawa. I just resigned to the situation and left. I'd had enough.

I was just wondering why when I order smoothies and/or milkshakes on Doordash it doesn't give me the option to choose what size drink i want, it makes me pay for the 24 ounce and it won't let me have whipped cream???

Slow, rude, non professional, too busy, police use as speed trap just sitting in parking lot! Also as you can see that's the back of the store where the bums congregate. Very dangerous on weekend nights after ten p.m. The homeless will insist and threaten individual patrons.

Shout out to Cody Sp?.  Our Uber eats driver was supposed to call us and ask if we wanted a replacement because they were out of our order. She chose not to call us and brought us half of our order because she didn’t want to wait. He made sure it got fixed for us even though it wasn’t his problem. Thanks man.

Got a chicken ceasar salad wrap and the lettuce had This brown gunk on it. It looked disgusting. So disappointing. Never getting one or eating at Wawa again.
