I was greeted by a friendly server and my order was rung up correctly. I asked for it to be an eat in order and it was prepared to go. The cashier apologized. The salad was tasty but huge chunk of chicken was thrown in rather than it being cut up into smaller edible pieces. The dressing was tasty but serving size was too small for the amount of salad served which was a half order. The salad ingredients were fresh and consistent throughout. The apple served with the order was very small and not washed with visible dirt on it as if just picked. Considering it was packed as a to go order the apple would have been nice if served clean. The super fruit smoothie was watery and not blended well. I got a different smoothie which tasted less watery and was blended well so that may have just been a mistake. Overall the visit was average and the staff member who corrected my smoothie was very friendly and helpful which made all the wrongs right again. I left less dissatisfied for having been served a better smoothie in the end.

The location of this Panera is very convenient and the service the staff provided is great. For people in a hurry, this is an ideal restaurant. You can quickly go in and order from their self checkout kiosks and the food will be ready shortly. There's also ample seating for those who wish to dine in. Perhaps one of my best Panera experiences have been at this particular restaurant. My only complaint is that the size of the sandwiches I received at this location was inconsistent (i.e., smaller) than those at other Panera locations.

I don't appreciate the lack of in dining silverware and ceramics. Everything is in paper and plastic and this is so environmentally unfriendly. I get that Panera is trying to be efficient but maybe they should just invest in more water efficient dish washers. On another note, the food is as good as any other Panera. It is very convenient and service is fast. Another thing I don't appreciate is the delivery fee, which is 3 dollars. It seems inappropriate especially because after tip, the tip and deli fee are basically 3/4 of my order total.

I visit Panera frequently but I had issues with this location most of the times. Its not about the food but the ordering issues. One time I ordered rapid pick up and and my order was not ready and I had to show them the email to have it ready. Today, I ordered online with special instructions about slicing and it was ignored. when I asked staff about the it, they made me wait for more than 20 min just to slice the bagels.

Interesting ordering system. There's a kiosk near the counter where you put in your order electronically. This makes it easy to see what all you have and how much it is before paying. There's also a tracker to see whose orders are being prepared and in what order, so you can see how many people are ahead of you. Food was quite good too.
