The interesting thing is that we've been here 4-5 times. Each time, something small has been overlooked. We either didn't get an item. Food took a little long. They were out of something. But it was something different each time. If they could get each of their issues out of the way, it would be a very solid experience. We're not upset with any of our visits. Just found it pretty peculiar.

I generally love Panera bread but this branch really isnt the greatest. I have only tried food here once, but food quality here in comparison to other branches is lacking. It just doesnt taste right..the layout is ok and coffee is decent. I would never order food again here personally.

Pretty much the salad is a little rotten, this one specific employee was barely listening to our order. Their food is also partly frozen. But the pasta and some of the sandwiches are good.

Panera has completely lost it (result of turnimg corporate franchise?). The person taking orders was completely checked out and had zero customer service attitude. The "grilled cheese sandwich" for $7 was a kid-size white-bread toast with artificial american cheese slice microwaved, nothing else - I haven't had such disgusting overpriced food anywhere. And I've been eating at Panera since they've been the St Louis Bread Factory in Missouri.
