Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

This restaurant offers the typical "Red Robin" experience. The food is decent. The atmosphere is pretty chill. It always seems clean. And servers seem hit or miss. If you are looking for a moderately priced burger and fries in a clean, chain restaurant, you will probably leave satisfied.

Pretty solid red Robin experience. It feels like a newer location and the place is clean. The staff is attentive and helpful food is fantastic my burger came out looking like it does on the menu. Great place for a burger and bottomless fries for a reasonable price.

Terrible service.. incredibly rude server in the Bar area.. my wife and I moved tables to the dinning area where we were treated much better.. Food is great as always. Don't bother seating in the Bar area.

I have never met the MEANEST hostess. As I walked up she was arguing with the party before me rolling her eyes and everything. So being understanding, I gave her a smile and told her my party size she was speaking rudely in such an irritating tone. Definitely not a welcoming person at all. I came in on Sunday the 30th at 3 with no welcoming from STACI (on her name tag, darker skinned, with braids). If you can't handle a busy day, then find a new JOB. I seen another hostess upset with her as well as the party before me. Staci needs to be fired.
