Reviews

This is one of the few all night places you can get a good bite to eat. While it sometimes suffers from under staffing, nearly all businesses do these days. The food is good and the price is both a good value for the portions as well as the quality.

It’s a real homey place. It is a great place for a Sunday brunch or a late night comfort food meal where you want to be casual. I love the taste of everything so far and the rewards program pays off well.

I had the breakfast sampler and my hubby had the strawberries and pancakes.  The food was very good.  Our server was attentive and I feel did a pretty good job.  But watching the restaurant staff and customer service I felt it was understaffed, the people that walked in right behind me weren't seated until after we ordered our food.  There were only three people working the floor, customers waited a long time to be seated or to pay.  The restaurant didn't seem to be that busy, but was obviously too busy for only three people.  We have been here and other Shari's before and always feel like they are understaffed.  We were there on a Sunday morning around 8:30 or so, more employees came on duty before we left, but had to spend time cleaning their areas before they could tend to new customers.

Literally waited 7 minutes in line to be given a table. Then another 20 minutes to get our drinks then another 15 minutes to be served our food. In my mind i am like what kind of service is this? Something needs to be done about this.

Staff are friendly, service is great. I think that's what makes this place amazing. Their foods are inexpensive but by no means indicative of quality. In fact, I enjoyed my time here. Would highly recommend to anyone.
