Ordered fast pick up for my family and me. When ordering online we took too long to put in the order so the sides of bread were sold out by the time we decided what we wanted. The manager named Josh(wish I remembered his last name) went above and beyond to fix the small issue. Most places would've put another type of bread into the bag and would hope you didn't notice. Customer service and hospitality is rarely seen anymore, but Panera Bread in Lewisville has it. The manager needs a promotion, because customers need the hospitality he provides .Three other employees made sure I was being helped out. :)

The only nice manager that knows what he is doing is Josh. The worst manager so called GM should be fired she is very rude and unprofessional. The sandwiches here are always burnt and the soups are always watery especially the chicken noodle soup and vegetable all they give you is hot water. All of the employees here are very rude and unprofessional! Mexican guy delivers food named Luis is always standing around picking his nose and then delivering food with same disgusting hands nasty

I can't wait until Erica the manager gets fired from this location she has no customer service skills she acts like a child and she is very rude and obnoxious all of the staff members that she has hired over here are very unprofessional just like her one of the guys that works here Hispanic guy named Louis was very rude to me and I complained to her and she just laughed this is very unprofessional conduct! Asked him to clean the dirty tables because there was no where to sit and he told me he had no cleaning supplies but he was holding a towel so I don't understand that doesn't make any sense . I can't wait for her to get fired because she has no place to be anywhere near management I called the customer service and they told me that this café has the most complaints than any other café in Texas. On top of her rude unprofessional customer service skills she doesn't know how to make a sandwich either she burned my sandwich and showed me the side that was not burnt when I got home and opened it The bread on the bottom of the sandwich was totally black and bitter!!

The place was clean and the experience was really easy. They have self service kiosks that is great foe people like me that like to spend hours looking at the menu The food was fresh and delicious

Twice now they've charged me for a cup of water and tried to put it as a "$2 tea". Also, I asked for ranch once and one employee just flat out told me they didn't have any, then five minutes later, I asked a different employee what dressings they have and was able to get ranch. The people here are awful.
