Reviews

Seems to be more interested in their personal social media and friends than serving coffee and providing good service. This location is inconsistent with the brand I've supported over the last 5 or so years.

Morning crew not that friendly, well one staff member forgot her name blonde young lady. Every time I go in there she seems annoyed like why are you here. One time I ordered a refresher they didn't have the strawberries. She never calls my name she just sits my drink down and leaves. I went to get my drink no strawberries, I asked her about it. She told me my drink would taste the same anyway. So I don't need them. My thought process was I'm not paying $4 for syrup and water, but I will however pay $4 for syrup, water and dried strawberries 😂😂😂😂 I just got a refund

Decent atmosphere and lack of drive through and headsets on everyone is nice. Having one person on the bar making all the online ordered drinks as well as walk in customers is not. 16min for one drink and 19min for the second which the barista on bar had to ask why I was waiting. Manager/shift supervisors: make sure you're properly staffed. That wait time is a joke.

People are good, but not great. But, this is still my favorite Starbucks for the beautiful patio surrounded by crepe myrtles. A must for October!!!

This a great Hospitality means that you know your customers but this location knows them and many of them they know by name and by personal interests I love this location even though it's my first time going here it is the best Starbucks I've ever been to!
