Horrible customer service. Sat down and waited 10minutes before someone came over. Although waitress apologized, she was off talking to empolyees and still didn't bring us our drinks. The structure of customer service is awful here. I guess that's what you get for all service 🤷🏻‍♀️

Our experience here was excellent thanks to the well cooked burgers and delicious fries. Our server Izzy was great and made our day.

Poor value overpriced food. Friendly staff, good menu variety. Avoid soups.

I can't believe that I can actually say that a franchise makes Better Burgers than anybody. Red Robin is the bomb.

Food was mediocre but my waitress was awful. Took forever to take our drink order and never checked on us after our food was out. We ate and paid without her ever asking if we needed anything.
