Stopped by after Cavs game. Place was pretty slow. 

Sandwiches were terrible.  The fries on our sandwiches were cool to the touch and starchy. The coleslaw was basically frozen in the middle, and the bar boi got all pissy when  we sent them back.  

"What do you want me to do?!" He said rather confrontationally.

I don't know, maybe make the sandwiches better? Maybe turn the temp up on your fryer? Maybe stop serving old fries that have been sitting around?  Maybe put some thought and pride into what you do?

I eat at a lot of Panini's, and this one on Huron is an embarrassment to the chain. No wonder it's dead in here on a Saturday night...

Maybe if your drunk. Otherwise don't waste your money! Soggy fries on a McDonalds burger. Could even taste the tissue thin slice of cheese.
Horrible!!!
Guarantee these other reviewers that gave it over 3 stars were drunk. One review bragged about getting a double because a beer got spilled on her, really.  Wish we could review the reviewers.  People giving taco bell and McDonald's 4 stars.

This is a fantastic late night spot to stumble into. Just look at the menu, order and enjoy not much else to it. Lot of the negative comments are kind of right about the service, but being from NY I appreciate expedient service at the expense of courtesy.

Wow so where to begin? 
The server seemed like he could care a less if I ordered anything.  No menus so I couldn't even choose anything, absolutely no willingness to explain anything from the server in wise of food. It smelled really good good but as I'm sitting here massive regrets.... don't go here screw that noise.

The paninis are great! They are huge. I messed up the first time I came because I didn't notice them n the back of the menu.
