Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 free sides waited over 1.5 hour and all I got was my free sides which I used my rewards points for. Manager and General Manager were there and wouldn't talk to me. Don't waste your time with this place. Corporate hasn't got back to me. I think the management team needs to be replaced at this store.

Got two of the worst pizzas I've ever had from this location. Pizza arrived late and cold, toppings were all shifted toward the middle. Garlic sticks had zero flavor, I gave them to my dogs. Filed a complaint with corporate and didn't hear a peep back from the store. Do not bother with this location.

Worst service imaginable. After ordering online for pickup, I sat and waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes before someone told me they screwed up my order. Then I was offered a free cookie dessert for the inconvenience. Took another 10 minutes for the pizza, and then they forgot the cookie. Once I got home I caked the store to talk to the manager, I was placed on hold then hung up on. I called back waiting on hold for 10 mins, hung up and called back. Asked to talk to the manager again, he wouldn't come to the phone, but one of the other employees posted me a refund of my order. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Ordered with BBQ chicken pizza with pepperoni... For some reason I got crust with bbq sauce and some chicken..there was no cheese on this pizza..I order from this location often..trying to give these guys a chance..most of the time it takes an hour to arrive..today's delivery was on time but I got crust with sauce

We ordered a $5 large one topping pizza for pick up and when we got there we were told our order was already completed and not available.. What does that even mean?? I asked the front counter lady if that had meant that our order was confirmed and that we did in fact have that order on file for pickup and she said yes. What??? How is the order completed if we are now just arriving to pick up the pizza? You're saying there was a pizza with our name on it but it mysteriously disappeared? There was no apology the entire conversation. She suggested we order another pizza and wait another 20 minutes. Still no apology at this point... No thanks, not with that customer service.
