Ordered pickup and ended up waiting in their store for a half an hour past the time it was supposed to be ready... I think they lost my order... gave me a free 2 litter soda gor the trouble but it was still a pain... even so this is my favorite pizza chain... it's just better quality than other pizza places. 

Order their 8 dollar carryout online... papa size it to a family size for $2 at checkout, and sign up for their online rewards program to get the best value. When you get enough points you can use the rewards for a free large and papa size that and get a huge $2 pizza.

Mind you I have delivered pizza for this store so my review is biased. The management here is the best I've ever encountered in the food industry, the food is prepared quickly and well, and every error is resolved with the customer in mind. Mistakes happen, but they handle each one as well as can be expected.

The driver was extremely rude. There was an issue with the address and when the driver called he said “a bigger tip would be nice ya know?” I apologized for the issue and he still seemed upset. That being said, I was really disappointed with my experience.

Well...I ordered a gluten free pizza tonight, and for the second time in a row, it was burnt to a crisp on the outsides and bottom of the pizza. I decided to call about it this time. I talked with a manager named Liv, and was only offered an excuse about how her manager, Shelby C., told her that corporate wants the gluten free pizzas put through the full baking cycle, even though they are well aware that it burns the gluten free crust, and that they have had MANY complaints about this. Liv never offered an apology. At the end of the call, when I was about to hang up, Liv had still not offered me a way to make up for the burnt, crispy crust that I had to choke down. I had to ask her to do something to make it up to me. Not great customer service.

Hot & ready is what I like! They are quick, efficient, and the pizza tastes great. Noticed they also updated the store and it looks modern. Well done
