Soo... is anybody else trying to order a pizza? Because NOBODY is answering me and I've been on hold for over 10 minutes... I tried calling again, about 5 times in a row and it's been about 30 minutes now and nobody is answering.... this is ridiculous. Do your job employees. That's what your hired for..

First I called and got the call center. I asked why my 11 dollar box deal had a random 5.50 cent charge making the total 20.50 after tax and delivery. He said hold on and cold transferred me to a store (provo) guy was great and very apologetic but had to be the bearer of bad news and tell me that it was not the store that covered my area. I asked to be transferred to the correct store which he was happy to do.. but.. I got disconnected. So I (still being hungry) called the correct store where I waited and listened to the recording for 6 minutes telling me they would be right with me before it started ringing being an idiot apparently, I waited for another 6 minutes of it ringing before hanging up. I had now spent approx an hour trying to order pizza from pizza hut before deciding that was a huge mistake. I spent about 4 minutes on the dominoes site and was able to order my pizza and create an account. It was confirmed created and was on its way to my house veggie I writing this review. Thank you Dominoes for doing what pizza hut could not.

Pretty sad. There is nothing like having a reliable fast good quality pizza delivery near the comfort of your home. Especially as it gets cold. You would think having a pizza hut in a city like this would mean you could trust it. Definitely not. No effort given here so dont waste your time. Or money this place is no good.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at about 6 pm.  At about 6:36 pm the app said the pizza was on its way.  At 8:16 pm the app said are delivery had expired. We contacted them, and they said it was delivered.  We told them we never received the pizza, and we would like a refund.  Who would really want to see if they can get it right the second time around, or wait to eat for another hr.  They said they could give us cash, but not return the money to the card.  So in order to get a refund I had to drive to get it.  They gave us a $20 credit, and we asked if we could use it at another location, and we can't.  This is some of the worst service I have received in a long time.  I will not ever go there again, nor any other pizza hut chain

First off, I love Pizza Hut.  They have great pizza, and (usually) excellent service.  That said, this particular location has a poorly trained staff, and it shows in both customer service and food quality.  It started when we placed out order online.  The expected delivery time was 55-65 minutes, which is totally expected for a Friday night.  Well, about 75-80 minutes in, I get a bit worried about where my pizza is and decide to call in.  I reach someone who I can only assume was a manager, and he looked up my order.  There was a note on it saying that it was cancelled between they didn't have any more Big Boxes (I wanted to try something new, so that's what I ordered).  I never got a call or email that my order was cancelled.  Just nearly an hour and a half of waiting, with both my wife and I getting hungrier and hungrier.  This man on the phone apologized for the mixup, and was willing to place an order for me even though they were 10 minutes to closing.  He even threw in a 20% discount AND a free dessert.  As upset as I was about the whole thing, I really appreciated his willingness to help and try to make amends.  This manager is good.  However, when our food arrived, our order was wrong (both pizzas were normal crust, even though we asked for specialty) and the veggies on my wife's pizza were old/bad.  My pizza was also poorly made, with really bad sauce distribution (and sauce does indeed make the pizza), with some areas not even having any sauce.  I was ready to give 3-4 stars, but I'm bumping it down to 2 with these mistakes.  Again, the management seems decent, but the main staff either needs to be retrained or replaced.  I don't intend on eating here again for about another year - the normal turnover time for student-staffed food places.
