My pizza had no cheese on it... well, kind of, one piece had some on it. I know what you’re thinking, “Did you make sure you ordered cheese.?” - Yes, I did. 
And on top of that, our stuffed garlic knots were anything but stuffed. 
It’s bad. It’s really bad. It’s like eating a hot circle of garbage.

Ya know they try hard to make you happy despite the shortcomings. 
I ordered a  couple of pizza’s on a Sunday and it had been like 1 hour and 10 minutes so I called and said hey did you guys get my order etc. The girl checked and said ya we did is he not there yet. I’m like umm no. She said hmm well he should be there soon. So he arrived about 10 minutes later and the pizza was cold and below average. So I did the survey on my receipt and was honest. Well I got an email from Pizza Hut awarding me with a FREE pizza with any toppings I wanted. Cool. I didn’t even complain and they did the right thing. 

Well I ordered my FREE pizza this past Sunday and we wanted chicken wings as well. Well we could not order them because whoever opens the store that morning called in sick and the ovens weren’t on yet or something like that. So bring a little bummed we just said well I guess we will just order the pizza. The girl who we spoke to said well you know what since we cannot get you your wings we will give you a $15 credit on your next order. I was stunned by the generosity and how much she actually cared. So, they made things right and that was cool. You can get a mixed bag of employees here especially when I come into the store to pickup carry out but the more experienced workers there make up for it.

One of the pizzas ordered was terrible. Paid for extra cheese and the sauce was put on the side.

I ordered 1 large pizza and the cookie pan and she charged me way more than she was supposed to. Then she pretended she couldn't hear me all of a sudden and transferred me to the actual Pizza Hut place by my house and put in some ridiculous order for $170. I try to be nice to customers over the phone because I'm in customer service as well. If you gonna answer the phone with attitude and be rude from the get go, please do everyone a favour and get a new job, this isn't the place for you. Any ways still love Pizza Hut just get nicer people at your call centers.

I got a large 4 topping pizza it sucked ! Hardly any toppings the crust was to doughy....It wasn't worth the twenty dollars I spent...not going there anymore👎
