The pepper had huge dead mosquito I got freaked out ugh! I called them to see what they have to say. The woman didnt know what to say and seemed like she discussed with manager. Then they simply said “oh pizza is ok so we dont wanna do anything.” Duh!! Lets see how many customers will order the pizza after seeing this pic then:

We always use the app to order and pizza is always great and ready when it says. There is a drive up window to pick up your order, don't even have to get out of the car

By far the worse customer service experience I've ever had in life, you want to be treated with decency, courtesy, and respect by representatives who are concerned with the happiness of the customer don't come here!!!

Ordered pizza at 11:22 was told 24-34 minute wait time. Checked the online status after 34 minutes was updated to 12:01-12:14, ok no worries. 12:25 still nothing, so called the store and was told it was out. At 12:50 we canceled the order as it still wasn’t delivered and more than double the wait time we were quoted! We won’t be ordering from them in the future.

Just called the store for a carryout and asked for a special due to the online is down. The manager tells me that they got rid of all specials below $14. So basically you have to pay menu full price to get a pizza. I will never order from that store from the phone, maybe online but I have decided to go to a different pizza place.
