My son requested Waffle House as son as he saw it once we got off the exit. It was a long day, around 8, and late for us to be eating dinner, so I just said okay.... Luckily the food was good but the customer service was below average. There were only 2 people working when we came. But luckily when we arrived there was only one other table there. By the time we finished ordering, two other tables had come in and I asked if the lady truly was working alone. She said someone else was on the way. So, with one cook and one waitress, she went to work. But soon, I noticed that both the tables that came in after me and my party where eating and our table only had drinks and parts of our order. There were 4 of us and one person only had their drink. I asked for and update and the lady just said that she was on it. She did a little too much "baby" and "sugar". She wasn't affectionate with it, cuz we do that in the south, it was more condescending than anything. She didn't offer any refills or remove the players that where empty already. I went back a coupe days later, earlier in the day and there looked to be a full staff. I got my food to go tho which was much easier than dining in.

Great, fast service! Great food! This place was full with folks waiting for seats on a Saturday morning. The staff worked like clockwork. It was very impressive to see them working from the counter. I am a regular here and plan to be back often.

I ordered steak and eggs along with a waffle. The waffle never came to cook brought the meal I mentioned it to her and she said what do you want it now? I figured you would want it after you had ate all this. I said no ma'am I would have preferred everything come out together please. She said what do you want me to drop it now? I said yes please I would like to have it now. The waffle never came. She sat down at a booth table and just said oh Lord! So I guess you can figure how that made me feel. I was nice about it paid the bill minus the waffle tip the waitress when on my way. Oh, the waitress did offer me a waffle to go.

40 minute wait on a Tuesday night at 1am with more employees than customers in the resturant... Drinks sat empty the entire time. Horrible service. Food was good or it would have been a 1 star.

This WH is like a part of our family. The staff make this place. They are awesome. Caring, prompt, dedicated. This place is a gem. Yep, I know it's a WH. I wish more businesses ran like this place.
