Ordered about $30 worth of pizza and realized how far this location has to travel to deliver to our neighborhood so we added cash to our already adequate online tip. One of the pizzas was great, but the other was definetly burnt. We called the store and got the feeling that the whole crew including the "manager" are a bunch of buddies who couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. (Just the fact that no one ever responds to these negative reviews says something itself) They gave us a credit for the pizza, but we don't plan on ordering it because we know these places keep notes on customers and with this places' maturity level I'm afraid it might contain some kind of "foreign matter" (if they haven't already done that) ☹

Very dissatisfied with the customer service provided by this locations delivery driver. When I opened the door there was no greeting, no confirmation of order being delivered...then after the transaction is made the driver starts to walk away and yells at my dog..."OH SHUTTT UPPP!!" very rude and unprofessional to say the least!!

On Monday, March 12th I called and ordered a large pizza, thin crust, with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers and extra cheese to be delivered. This was, absolutely, the WORST pizza I have ever eaten and that includes frozen pizza!!! I will never order from this place again!!

Hands down the best Papa John's in The Valley.  Never disappoints.. Excellent customer service.
