I am completely done with ordering from here. This isn’t the first time I had an issue from this location. I will not talk about past issues but I will talk about what happened yesterday. Yesterday I ordered a pizza online from work so my Husband and son would have something to eat until I got off. Multiple times I pressed NW as part of my address but when the order went through, it still showed NE. I called the store and spoke to a young lady about my address to make sure the pizza would get delivered to NW.... Everything was fine and dandy until I received a phone call 2 hrs later from my husband stating the pizza never arrived. He gave the store a call and they stated “My driver tried to find NW, since he couldn’t find the house he gave the number a call, the person said NE. Went to that location and didn’t find a house so he came back and cancelled the order”.…I gave the store a call to see what happened because my husband NEVER EVER spoke to anyone on the phone. A young man who was rude and basically believed his LYING driver instead of a customer said “well I don’t know what to tell you because that is WHAT happened!!” I’ve ordered from here many times before and my pizzas would arrived to my location (even though it would get there 2hrs later and would be cold), so what’s new?? I will NEVER order from here again. The only reason why I was so upset is because we only have one vehicle, I didn’t get off until 5pm... so my Husband and my son had to WAIT for me to get off just so they could eat. I ordered the pizza around 1pm so you rack up how much time my family had to wait to eat. NEVER AGAIN!! 
I think it’s funny how I read someone’s review  and they stated that the driver did the same exact thing. Maybe this driver needs to be replaced with someone who has more since of direction, who is not lazy, and will actually care about working for the company to make you guys look good instead of lying to make quick money.

The night manager Tessa didn’t answer the phone and when she did she would just pick up and hang up because she was unable to properly manage her shift. Delivery time was quoted 70-80 minutes and they couldn’t even manage that, I called to cancel at 90 minutes but couldn’t get her to actually take the phone call. Once I filed a corporate complaint only the long delivery time was addressed, nothing regarding poor to zero customer service or apology about that. Will tell everyone with ears about my experience.

My pizza took over an hour to get to my house just for my pizza to be burnt, my garlic knots to be dry, and then on top of all of it they brought me the wrong drinks. It’s not that hard to read a ticket and bring the right thing in an orderly fashion to the right house. I’ve worked in a Papa Johns, and I will never order from this location ever again

They brought us the wrong pizza, but brought us the right one with no trouble...I felt I had to write this because the delivery driver said he would give the wrong pizza to a homeless person for me.. so sweet!!

Terrible service, ordered dinner for my family, the online app said it would be 30 mins, that came and went also the app the. Stated my order had been delivered, which it hadn't at this point it was going on an hour, we called. They stated the driver called the number on the order and was told that those people didn't order pizza so the driver went back to the shop. They did not call my phone, they didn't even come to our door. I was looking out the window constantly never saw anyone!!! Then the " manager" told me that we could come pick up our food, they wouldn't even bring it back out. Absolutely terrible will NEVER order from them again, sucks because we love their pizza.
