Horrible service! I was charged $7.76 for what is clearly advertised as 4.99 I'm talking about the garlic bread sticks and when I asked to talk to a manager he said he was one (Matt) and that I'm wrong for thinking it's 4.99 and when I showed him the proof he proceeded to cancel my order and take the sign down right in front of me when I asked to speak to someone above him he told me to call the online services which wouldn't help me since I am in the store so I had to go out of my way to google their corporate number and call to make a complain! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service

We ordered and was billed more than the normal price. The manager didn't want to admit that she made a mistake. We will never buy pizza there.

Please, let me catch your delivery driver blow the stop sign on my street and a red light when he saw me follow him for it again. I will make sure his license is not renewed.

We ordered our pizza, a large half pepperoni half cheese pizza, plus an order of breadsticks to be delivered to our house. We told the person on the phone that we lived in Hawthorn Woods multiple times and every time we got a " oh yeah we can deliver there." An hour later we still had not gotten our pizza, so we called and where told that our pizza was on its way for delivery. Fifteen minutes later we still hadn't gotten our pizza so we called again and where told that our pizza has in fact gone to Vernon Hills and that they can't actually deliver to our location. Then we where told that they could have another pizza made and sent to our location for the stores inconveniences, but by then it was already 8:00 and so we just said No.

I did not order pizza from this location but after to I never will. One of the employees was parked in a fire lane in front of the store and I was unable to turn around in the parking lot because of her. I had to back up and block traffic. As I pointed out to her her was in the fire lane she proceeded to yell at me! She was the one illegally parked. Also this same deliver person is a terrible driver I have witnessed her poor driving around the strip mall with no regards for safety. I will be placing a call to the store manager tomorrow.
