So far, this is my new favorite location. The service and food has been on point every time. Today I ordered from here and since the peppers were small, they put 2 of them in the pizza box. Its the little things. Thanks for doing an awesome job! I will continue to bring my business.

2020 update. This Papa John's has been doing better, I just got my order and it was super fast 25min to the door papatrack showed it as still "making". The breadsticks were plentiful although little skinny , oh well and the pizzas looked delish still need help on cutting, one was small other was huge.  2018 _  I love Papa John's but since I moved to this new area it has been lacking. First time we ordered from this location the cheese sticks were all flat, and now tonight we ordered and the pizza was flat ! Even though we ordered "Original " crust ! I'm just disappointed because I love Papa John's, but hate thin crust...

Elizabeth at the University location was incredible.  She made my pizza exactly the way it was ordered and it was the best pizza, so delicious, true perfection.  Appreciate and Thank you so much!

Place to order their card machine did not work I told him I will get cash no problem just put my order in he said okay and I come back 20-30 minutes later and he asked me again what did that order that he cancel my order So I left and went somewhere else today I went back and told ordered a pizza from the same cashier and he still got my order wrong and had to drive back to get my order right and they had no courtesy or sense of compensation on time gas and frustration over two different occasions where it took an hour and a half to get only one pizza right

Just can't say enough about Papa John's. Superior service and quality food.. even during times you think they will be busy they usually are I have NEVER gotten bad food and the occasional time I may have a complaint.. the team rectifies it upon immediate request.. truly a shopper friendly "Customer first" approach by this store.. If someone has something bad to say.. well they just were having a bad day and wouldn't let the situation be resolved because I know personally that this crew will go above AND BEYOND to make an issue right.  Vegetarian options: Wonderful veggie pizzas and the staff will keep any and all restrictions respectfully in mind when you order.. need something different because of religion or dietary issues? They got you..  Kid-friendliness: The staff absolutely loves kids. They even decorate for the holidays... All of them!  Parking: Parking is sometimes limited but that&#39;s not their fault  Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp right out front, Manager even knows basic ASL  Dietary restrictions: Veggie, vegan, and glutton intolerance welcomed!

So I ordered a pizza on Saturday night and didn't have a very good experience I won't go into details however I called back after trying to get through a couple times I finally got through on Tuesday.  The person I spoke with named Amanda went out of her way to send me another Pizza as well as a couple drinks all at no charge.  Awesome deal thank you Papa John's you're the best

I have had constant issues with this location. The papa johns app clearly states my apartment number, yet every single time I order from there I get a call from someone who doesn’t see it. Twice I’ve had the business claim my order was “delivered “ just for it to not arrive when they claim it did. I understand if they couldn’t reach me, but them incorrectly claiming my order was delivered instead of immediately processing a refund is wrong.

After a bad experience from their competitor I came here. They made me fell welcomed and like I mattered to them. I made my order They got it together in a hurry and told me thank you for choosing them after what I went through. Stand up place great manager and excellent customer service I will be back.
