Rude staff is spreading like wild fire. I ask how many sides something came with and she wouldn't tell after her telling me a list of things they were out of. Then proceeded to say I could only get fries and still hadn't mentioned how many sides came with the meal I was asking about. In the end I got mashed potatoes with gravy, Mac and cheese and green beans... Yeah, she was trying to force me to order french fries. The food was okay by KFC standards and I have been eating it since I could remember. She didn't give me a receipt, or any of the sauce I ordered. A bit of advice would be to remember that everything counts. You have no idea what is important or needed to make someone a satisfied customer but fill the needs that are asked of you. Try to zero in to who is keeping your business or job running and never take them for granted. Life is short, if you're not happy find what does that but stay grateful for the good things.

Polite is an understatement! They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was late and I asked for a pot pie, they had none and informed me it would be over 20min.  I gladly waited and they were kind the whole time.  Made my week!Food: 5/5

Used the drive through and ordered one of the KFC bowls. Got home and found that I paid $7.00 for a bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy. Great job. Won't waste anymore money on your restaurant.

If there was a spot for no stars I would put it but I can’t. This is the worst place for fast food I’ve ever encountered and unfortunately I live very close. Will now be driving the additional 4 mile to the other location. They told me a 30 minute wait on extra crispy chicken then still made me wait 30 mins for my order. I’ve been here multiple times and always very rude workers and poor customer service. The lady with the mustache should not be aloud to work with people. I’m very rare to be this upset with a fast food place but this is insane.. save yourself the 30 minutes…..

Experience was horrible. Waited over an hour for my food. The managers began yelling and being very rude. When I asked for their names I was told they don’t give out names. Completely dissatisfied. I’ve never been treated so horribly and like I was less than equal to other patrons.

Trash service. Just spent $25 on food and they got both orders completely wrong and actually forgot parts of the order. The  young woman at the window “couldn’t hear me” but that was likely due to this KFC’s dilapidated equipment was being drowned out by the AirPod in her other ear overpowering the drive through speaker/ headset. I didn’t even get a receipt to go back with and make a complaint. It is frustrating to say the least.  Order was Sunday 01/22/23 at roughly 6:18pm

Ordered 5 piece tender meal. They asked me to repeat the sides and sauce I wanted 3 times. Received order with wrong sides; no sauce. Got about $6 worth of food for $14. I won't come here again.

Chicken taste like been sitting under warmer since yesterday! Dry and shriveled up!!!! Worst ever not to mention i asked for dark and got a breast ! Never again!

Really upped their game! If you haven't been to KFC in a while, you owe it to yourself to visit! Amazing flavors for the tenders, incredible sandwiches and low prices unlike Zaxby's and similar, overpriced chicken places. I'm honestly blown away! Grew up going to KFC, but they are more awesome than ever!

If there are a negative stars, my review would be -five stars. the three pieces were horrible. My daughter love KFC and she eat at least 2 to 3 times per weeks. Just finished recovering from the surgery and her first thing she wanted is KFC. On the return home to Daytona Beach I stop and ordered at this store. Took the food and left. Stuck on I 95. She open the box to take a bites from the chicken but she hand it the box to me and said I am not hungry??!!. I asked you sure. So I decided to eat what she left. Looking the she did not eat anything. I took a bite and yak yak. the taste was disgusting and the look was nasty. I am certain that they used microwave to cook the food. I could go back but I will call the corporate HQ and complain. My advice is keep complaining until the management take action and bring this branch to a better quality food.
