Ordered 5 things only received 4 of them. Used to deliver pizza in college. Sometimes the soda was missed, that was one me. Delivery guy shoved us our food and left. No additional words. No 'I'll grab your soda it's was too much to carry'. Gone, currently been on hold for 10 min. Don't recommend.Food: 3/5
Fantastic pizza! I order here quite often and pizza is always delivered hot and fresh. Although lately sometimes have been closed due to staffing issues which I completely understand. I really enjoy the food and how fresh it always seems. Thank you!
We ordered 25 pizzas for pick up, they accepted the order and then closed before the pickup time. No call or notification to let us know that the order couldn't be completed. Really rough with a bus full of kids who needed dinner that was needed. Especially after confirmation was made that the order would be possible. -100/100. Yeah that's a negative one hundred
Pizza was right on time. They followed my delivery instructions completely. Excellent customer service. The delivery driver was prompt and polite. Great pizza.
Super amazing service. I think his the guy who took my order said his name was Ron. Definitely would order again if he's the one running the show. He should get recognizition for his outstanding service and friendly personality.
DO NOT EAT HERE!! no one was wearing gloves, it was EXTREMELY unsanitary. they were also very slow in preparing our order, and i was ignored for the time i was waiting for my food.
Ordered food an hour before close, they said it wasn't a big deal. Went to go pick up my pizza at 945pm. They said they closed down the ovens and didn't have an order for us. We talked to the manager when ordering. You let me down dude. Really let me down...
I ordered take out online. My family and I had done this before, and the pizza was amazing. It told me that it was ready to pick up, and got there about 5, maybe 10 minutes later. Stood out in lobby for 10 minutes before someone came out from the back noone was in the kitchen because I had put my keys on the counter and it made a loud noise. The worker looked at me rudely said "Name?", and then handed me the boxes and went straight back to the back. When I got home with my order I was very disappointed. I ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust and garlic knots. I was given stuffed crust, but there wasn't much cheese, even for a stuffedcrush. My garlic knots were completely burnt. I will not.be ordering from here in the near future.
Always great pizza but now I'm finding out that you guys are using doordash for your delivery services I'm not ordering online anymore for delivery I will just come in and pick it up
Ordered a pepperoni pizza with maximum cheese 2 times now. I asked them to load it up with cheese to the legal level, but they told me that they could only do it up to 4x. There’s some dude out back that you can slip a $20 to tho; he can get you 6x the cheese. Don’t be a narc and tell Papa John. It’s bangin
