Flew into Bozeman around noon. My son and I wanted to try someplace "local". So we decided to try here. The place was busy but we were seated fairly quickly. Even though they were short servers the service was good and the staff was friendly. The Pizza was outstanding! We got half Flathead and half Rancher. We also got an order if Lodge Pole as an appetizer. They were also very good.

Alani was who made my experience. I called ahead to make sure they would still be serving food for a dine-in experience close to closing, and when I arrived they were busier than I think they thought they were going to be. She took care of me and was extremely kind in the process even though I was clearly annoyed because I wanted to turn me away. Also pizza was AMAZING  I highly recommend as the best pizza place in Bozeman.

Visiting from SC and stopped in for a rainy day lunch. Service from Mick was FANTASTIC and summer flatbreads were scrumptious!  I even enjoyed the white stout and I am not a beer drinker.  Give this place a try!!

45+ minutes on a wrap. I called it in and was told 10 to 15 minutes. I arrived at 35 minutes, the restaurant was basically empty with one family in a booth and 10+ employees running around, yet no one bothered to make my food. Once they made it no one even bothered to bring it to me. Finally the wrap was barely filled, and the chips were all broken, for spending $10.50 on it and the poor service I'd leave a 0 star review if I could. I don't complain often but for a food service worker for over 12 years, this was an utterly garbage experience. With so many options for food in Bozeman, I'd say just go somewhere else.

Kind service, plenty of parking out back, and amazingly fresh and delicious food. This is my new favorite place! If only I live nearby and wasn't only road tripping through. Haha! I'd eat here all the time.  Kid-friendliness: Kids menu with kids portion sizes, and a variety of options  Parking: Lots of parking behind the building! Their back entrance is well labeled and intended for customers  Dietary restrictions: They have lots of gluten free options, including salads, gluten free pita bread, and gluten free pizza crust, and they ask about any allergies. The gluten free crust was delicious! Thank you for taking such good care of me!!

The flathead pizza may be the best pizza I’ve had! The crust and overall flavor was perfect. The service, and atmosphere was spot on. The waitress was great with us as well, and we have 5 young kids. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a great pizza place  Added a few more photos! Another amazing experience.

First time visit. We had the Rancher. The crust, on mine, was thick as ordered but the edge was 1/3 of the pizza. We expected the good toppings just not how few there were. We will try here one more time. Maybe that was a mistake. Very nice staff. I say try it.Food: 3/5

I've lived outside of Montana for 15 years, and the hardest part was not being able to get to Mackenzie River Pizza. IMHO truly the best pizza EVER!!! So glad to be a back, couple blocks away so I can get the best pizza anytime. Staff is totally helpful and friendly, laid back atmosphere is very comfortable!Food: 5/5

Food was great gluten-free pizza was great.  Crust was crunchy with lots of flavor.  Minus 1 star for the host, who spent 20 minutes not acknowledging the large group ahead of us, our small party, or the other customers who were patiently waiting to be seated.Recommended dishesMadison
