Maybe it's me but BK has changed. It was my first real job. BK was so good back then remember the old slogan Whopper beat the Big Mac...if the customer said that, they got a free Whopper with the purchase of one. Back to this recent order... It was, just OK. The dining room was locked up tight. Only drive through service was available. I watched so many people walk up, pull on one door which was locked, then walk around to the other door which was also locked. And then just leave. That's not how you get repeat customers. How many of those people will share this negative event in their lives, probably in social media? Like I said...BK is not what it once was. Sad...
This is the worst fast food establishment in the United States. I ordered two BK Stackers. Both came uncooked with the cheese freezing cold. Neither had bacon or sauce of any kind. One was covered in lettuce and an absurd amount of onions the other had one pickle and nothing else on it. Not sure how that even happens. The drive through attendant was rude and clearly cannot understand anything. He just sticks his hand out for your card and angrily stares at you for ordering something there. Took twenty minutes for two cars to go through. This place is definitely a drug front.
Mold on my chicken sandwich which wasn't even the correct sandwich to begin with. Disappointed is an understatement. Can't say I'll be coming back.
Food was fast and hot- fresh. I saw an employee in the back handling my chicken nuggets without gloves. Gross! I'd think through covid that we've learned this lesson.
Pulled up to the drive thru at 830am. Waited 4 minutes for someone on the intercom. Drove around, saw nobody inside. Walked in to order directly and you can't even do that. You have to order on their kiosk. In the end drove 2 blocks to McDonald's.

Nice work, keep it up! I know this locations was closed for a while, glad to have you back! Ordered a Whopper meal, service and food was spot on.
African American man who was working drive thru gave my husband and I the complete wrong order, my husband took bag and receipt inside to get our correct order and the worker tried to fight my husband and used foul language in front of our 3 year old son and continued to rip the bag out of my husband's hand and when he gave us correct order and we walked out he aggressively said "that's what I thought " what in the California has Bozeman become ‍
This establishment was out of way to many items. The people up front were to impatient, rude and just acted like they didn’t care if you were satisfied or not. Very unprofessional and I most likely will not be returning to this place.
As we sat at the mic, and waited for multiple minutes, with no answer, I decided to look up the hours on line. The sight said the establishment was open, so we sat for a while longer. Absolutely nothing, drove by the window, empty. Closed!
