I ordered carry out online. One of the items wasn’t made correctly. The man who helped was very nice about it. He was a Caucasian male, I didn’t get his name. He may have possibly been the manager. He apologized and reassured the order would be corrected quickly. Great customer service. That’s something that’s not expected in Moreno Valley, there usually isn’t good customer service anywhere here since it’s such a low quality community. The cook came from behind to bring me the corrected item. He was also very nice. I appreciated the service here and the food was great. Ordered a large pizza and some garlic Parmesan wings. Very friendly people working here. Parking: Big parking lot.
Papa Johns need to check who are they hiring for manager. I phone my order the lady tell me 25 minutes . I come in pick up my pizza they tell me 40 minutes 40 minutes pass another 30 minutes. The young girl who tells me she's The manager tells me the pizza is in the oven after I tell her I'm going to cancel. They need to make sure and tell people the correct waiting time.
When you call in your phone calls directed halfway around the world. No way to talk to anybody in the store anymore. Save my pizza. Will be here in 45 minutes. It’s been two hours lol guess you can order pizza anymore. Those days are gone.
Was very disappointed I can say about four strips of bacon supposed to be a New York style pizza no and people making the food need to wash their hands and put hair nets on it seem like they touch their face and then started making dough was not very happy with this place and it could taste better come on Shaq do better
As a business owner I would never allow any employees to run my store with such disrespectful employees and management. Customer service is always a must anywhere. For a store not to have any kind of communication and control of their own drivers is unacceptable. I'm sure this stores numbers will say it all. I would fire the whole store and hire more responsible workers. This store is full off immature employees. The brand Papa John's is better than that.
PATHETIC PIZZA. Absolutely the skimpiest toppings I've ever seen; and the manager doesn't care. Will NEVER patronize again.
Waited for my delivery for almost two hours I better get my money back I had to cancel the order
They have gotten much better at the flavor and prices! Best deal is to order the large 3-topping for pickup, it’s fast delicious and a great value.
I ordered 2 Shaq-a-Roni pizzas they were suppose to have extra pepperoni and extra cheese they both look like regular pizzas. We were excited to try the new pizzas because on the advertising it looks so good. I spoke to the cashier which was nice and apologetic. Then another worker took the pizzas to the manager on duty, as he’s looking at the pizza, he looks at us crazy, then approaches us and says “what’s the problem” and we explained how the pizzas look like regular pizzas, no extra cheese and it wasn’t even hot. This manager could care less he just told us this is how it comes. Didn’t offer to remake it or anything. I just left because at that point I didn’t trust him to redo it. When I got home we heated the pizza and added the extra cheese. I won’t be back. I can make my own pizza at home and it will be better than what I just paid for.
Kudos to the Papa Johns team on Perris Blvd my order was perfect delicious and hot it was delivered on a timely manner and the quality was exceptional thank you thank you thank you I know you don’t get a lot of good reviews because is Moreno Valley and every one tries to get something for free but you guys deserve this review thank you so much. We enjoyed our dinner. Thank you again for an amazing job.
