The last 3 times I've ordered from this location, my order has either mysteriously vanished or I've had pepperoni tossed onto a pizza that didn't even have pepperoni even originally listed as part of the toppings. Not sure if this is a racial thing since I'm easily identifiable as Muslim, or the staff is just incompetent. I am hoping that it's the latter. Won't be returning to this place again, and going to tell my brown colleagues to do the same.

Our pizzas ended up sticking to the baking tray on our second time ordering from here. We received a sincere apology and adequate compensation for the inconvenience without having to get uppity. We will continue to order from here since the pizza is great and they provided good customer service despite the problem we had. EDIT: after having the same problem three more times I've reduced my rating to a one. Each time we were compensated but this should not be a recurring problem for 2 months. We are no longer ordering from here.
