The Old Spaghetti Factory is a family owned and operated restaurant founded in Portland, Oregon in 1969 by Guss and Sally Dussin. Dedicated to satisfying dining in warm surroundings, the Hillsboro Old Spaghetti Factory, established in 1997, is located just off Highway 26 (take the 185th St. exit and head south). We are conveniently located across the street from the Evergreen cinemas on Tanasbourne Drive. We hope you will enjoy your visit with us and find many pleasant memories of the color and charm of Hillsboro.

Unfortunately OSF has really let their quality slide. I understand if prices go up a little over time but if you are going to pay $60 for 3 spaghetti dinners it better be some awesome spaghetti! They now charge almost $3 for a small glass of milk, instead of it coming with your meal, and the regular portion dinner has gone up $3 as well. That's a 60% increase! I could of had steak for that price.... Spaghetti is a "cheaper" product to supply so they better step the quality back up to where it was or people will go elsewhere.

Went on a date with my 12 year old daughter last night. It was a special time with my daughter. I wanted her to feel special. We got there and we were ignored after being seated. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks ordered. Then it took forever to get our food.. an hour. They came up to me and said you haven't got your food yet? Then it took 15 min to get our bill. She took my credit card and didn't come back for 15 minutes. We got there at 5:30 also. It was 7:30 when we finally were done there. Did they even put in my ticket? Everyone had come and gone that were seated around us and we all got there the same time. All they offered us was a cake. Like we want a cake? Our bill was $32.00. Food was good but we could go anywhere and with service like that we won't be back. Felt ignored the whole time. Maybe it was how we were dressed but they should treat everyone the same. I was in sweat pants because I wanted to feel comfortable. So much for making my daughter feel special. Just terrible service and like I said felt ignored. Will ignore them when it comes to choosing another restaurant in my future.

This has always been my favorite restaurant, but lately I feel that they have been cutting corners. Sometimes the ice cream is pre frozen and you can't get your spoon into it. Also the salad dressing is delicious but the cheap salad ruins it. You can get a better salad at Shari's.

Best pasta anyone could want.  I had the Clams and it was sooo good.  Very large serving!  Highly recommend this fabulous place.  Family oriented, attentive wait staff.

I have been coming here for a long time ~ Always great food and they help a lot. We did a celebration here and they brought us a microphone, projector screen and more. Definitely worth the money.
