At Round Table Pizza, we've enjoyed a heritage of creating high quality, innovative pizzas for over 50 years. This was a one star review for customer service. I tried again and the service was better. Will remove the old review below depending on future experiences. I love Round Table Pizza it is by far my favorite pizza. But I have to give this location one star. There is a manager, he is often there, an older heavyset man, and he is very rude. Whenever I walk in he'll look at me. He won't say a word. I have to initiate the conversation. There's another man that works there that was also rude. Despite that I have returned multiple times because of how much I love the pizza. But I've given up on this location. I won't return.

Placed our order online.... by entering our address....which directed me to the 185th location..... PAID & received a conformation .... only to be called and told that we are NOT in their "Delivery" area! AFTER my Charge Card was charged and CONFIRMED! The guy told me that since the OTHER location closed this is how they handle this deliver situation... by confirming online THEN calling customers and telling them they won't be getting their order. REALLY??!!! Seems to me like they should probably UPDATE their website to the CORRECT information!!! Very DISPLEASED with you Round Table. We went ahead and placed our order with a local pizza place that has the CORRECT info on their site.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Our order is 2hours late; call in the first time, talked with Tori, they had the excuse of only "having two drivers". Waited another 30mins, called, Shelbys response: "Sorry we only have one driver". First of all, don't claim you deliver if you don't, second, it'd be nice if your system wasn't flawed. Horrible place, horrible service. Unless you like freezing cold pizza, and at least an hour and a half wait for something that takes 20min. Now they're closing within the next 30min... we highly doubt we'll see our food, yet they couldn't refund us.... SCAM ALERT!

I love RTP, this is by far the worst location. I work across the street.. Ordered a couple of months ago, they quoted my a 3.5 hour delivery time..I opted to pick it up and they quoted 15 minutes...Pizza wasn't ready 25 minutes later because they made a mistake. They gave me that with the one I ordered. When I got back to work, I found that they messed that one up too...Now today, I went to order a pizza and they said I can't get a Pan Pizza until later because they batch those out last...what?

Food was great when we got it. The way they treat their in house customers is horrible. Manager is a jerk and lies to customers. Carry out and delivery seem to be their priority. Will never go back there again!!!!
