The atmosphere is very good. The lamb shank I ordered, is tender but lack of flavor. They now have a 2% service fee added on to the bill. I do not like this type of fee that obvious transfer the labor cost directly to customer due to the minimum wage increased. But at least this restaurant did not fixed the tip % that we have to paid, unlike "Pickled Fish, at Long Beach, WA" forced 20% charge to the bill.

Ordered the Gastropub Burger, it was so good I almost cried. I left a note for the chef. I was the best burger I have ever had. The meat was mixed with gorgonzola cheese and juicy. The onions were grilled to perfection, not over or under done. The thick bacon was superior quality and had a great sugary flavor. High quality arugula lettuce and a chewy pub bun. You could tell the fries were freshly cut from a potato and never frozen. So so so good! The 2% price increase notes everywhere are weird. We obviously tipped well based on the good food and service, not sure why they needed to raise it a measly 2% ??? But other that it was awesome. We liked the music videos playing on the big screens. That was fun!

Overpriced for portion size and quality. Inattentive service. First two forks were dirty. Water glass had damaged rim. Typical of the place, always borderline good, could be great if management cares enough to focus on food and experience. Agree with other reviews that pithy table cards bemoaning living wage for employees instead of just tiny price increase shows lack of respect toward employees. Two percent of my $15 mac and cheese is a rounding error, if you don't want to print menus I get it, but it's been years since the change and your menus have been updated several times. I respect your opinion and stance on the issue but disagree with how you address it facing customers.

Great place to eat. Nice environment, the food is pretty darn good. Average prices, but what's nice is that their happy hour is 7 days a week and you have a decent choice of happy hour dishes at less than half normal prices. The only drawback is that after 5:30 or so, it gets pretty loud, but overall, a great deal with great food

Have loved coming here for several years. The food is always fantastic, and the service is typically great. However, they have now added a 2% surcharge to cover the rising minimum wage. Politics have NO place in a business. If you're unhappy or aren't making enough money, just raise your prices a little and be done. But to place what is essentially a political protest note on every table is disgusting. Sadly we won't be going back here, which is too bad for everyone.
