This place is absolutely awesome. I have been an unlimited member here for 10years. I have a 2004 F350 that looks brand new thanks to this place. I cannot say enough good things about the management and how they train there employees and take care of the customers. They put customer satisfaction at the very top and Any issues that someone has they take care of. Thank you paradise

Windows not cleaned properly do they know how to roll them down to clean the top? Guess not. Do they look up when they clean again guess not I did. Overall very poor experience will never go back or refer to anyone. Sad part is they got my money and that's all that matters to them. Shame on the managers
Insult to injury went to open a new air freshener that I keep well supplied in my car only to find them gone. Not saying they have a thief working there but who would throw something new in a unonened package in a customer's car away? $150.00 down the drain very expensive lesson.

I got the basic outside wash, and when they were done, they never came to get me from the waiting area, another customer had to let me know that they were "waving at me" from somewhere I could not see them. No seating available in the waiting area, either. The front of my car's hood looked untouched. I mean, I guess it was technically "clean", but to a bare minimum standard. If you're expecting a luxury experience, I'm afraid you're at the wrong place. This place feels like it's best suited for people who have rock bottom expectations, my car has been cleaner coming out of a drive through car wash at a gas station.

The level of effort and/or care could have been better. Floor mats weren't washed and back of seats weren't cleaned... When I pointed out the floor mats, I got a blank stare from the worker...
