My wife paid for floor mat cleaning but did not receive the service. At the end of the line she pointed out that the mats were not cleaned and was told "Yes they were". The mats still had debris (sand, gravel, dried leaves) on them and clearly had not been cleaned or even vacuumed. This has happened to me before, apparently a common oversight, and the mats would immediately be brought back for cleaning. Not so for my wife. She was told, in an intimidating tone, that they were very busy and she needed to move her car out of the way. This is not acceptable and makes me wonder what other extra services are not done or completed. I left a message on their web "contact" form in regard to this but got no reply.

I have been using Paradise car wash for several years.  I have always been a monthly member and I feel it's a great bargain as long as you wash your car at least 3 times a month.  In the winter time it is great because they do a excellent job of drying your car off (inside all the doors,  gas door, rear hatch) so that nothing freezes shut.  With the monthly you are able to go to any location which is very convienant.

1st Time getting my car detailed ever. Paradise on bush lake road & old shakopee did an AMAZING job. Literally wanted to kiss them after seeing my car! They were able to get yogurt, chocolate milk, ketchup and at least a half bag of crushed goldfish out of my backseat (gotta love toddlers!). I was also very impressed with their professionalism from the counter girl & cleaning staff. There was a gentleman there, Ryan (slender, tall, pierced ear) who was a tall drink of water omg. SO handsome, funny and extremely helpful. He even let me know he could dry my mats overnight so they wouldn’t freeze in my car. I want to come back to get my car detailed just so I can have Ryan help me again. Keep up the good work & cute employees paradise!😉😊

Genuinely surprised at the quality of service after going to paradise for the first time. I typically go to Central car wash in Northeast Minneapolis but this was every bit as good, if not better.
