I was very disappointed with the arrangement I received from here. My husband ordered roses from San Diego to be delivered to me at work here in Scottsdale and they arrived right before I was leaving work for the day and the arrangement was plain, simple and nothing special at all. No baby’s breath mixed in, no ribbon around the vase. I will make sure I let my husband know never to use them again. I can only imagine how much he paid for just a dozen plain simple roses.  My co- worker received a dozen roses from her husband as well and her arrangement was gorgeous! Loaded with baby’s breath and ribbons! My roses looked like they came from a bargain basement florist next to hers. I was very embarrassed !

I ordered some flowers to be sent for an anniversary. The flowers looked great, were delivered very quickly from time to order. I was very pleased and so was the recipient of the flowers. Good place to order from. No BS no rip offs, good business.

I live in NY and used this florist to order flowers for my mom in Scottsdale. I had the best experience and my mom loved the flowers! Amazing customer service. Great local business. Very responsive and went over and above to make sure the flowers got to my mom's event as a surprise in time and followed up with me to let me know they were dropped off. Highly recommend. Would use them again in a heart beat!

These folks have given me one of the best customer service experiences ever!  After I gave them the wrong address twice, they were able to send my flowers out quickly.  The flowers looked great upon arrival.  I will be using Paradise Valley Florist for all of my flower needs.

NEW UPDATE: The flowers arrived within only an hour or so after talking to Suki and they are gorgeous! They look exactly like the picture and the birthday girl is very happy. I have included a picture of the new flowers below. Thank you so much for replacing the original arrangement. 

UPDATE:
Suki, the owner, contacted me right away and agreed that the arrangement lacked the fullness in the picture. She apologized and said she will be following through with further training for her staff. She is also going to compensate by swapping the arrangement with a new arrangement that is fuller and slightly upgraded. I must say that we are very happy with the results and the excellent customer service. It was clear that Suki is very passionate about great customer service and that is very appreciated. I will update with pictures when the new arrangement has arrived. 

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I ordered these flowers on behalf of my boss and the rest of my coworkers for one of our coworkers birthday. The flowers were disappointing compared to the picture. After paying $50 plus the tax and the delivery fees  (rounding out to $65 and some change) nobody in the office felt like the flowers were worth the money and didn't compare to the ones on the website. I called the company to let them know and I spoke to Matthew  (he was very polite and tried to accommodate). I sent the pictures of the flowers that were received along with the picture of what I ordered and I was told that they were the same flowers, but the angle I took the picture of them at was off. I was told the only difference was that the rose colors were off. We were expecting the gorgeous flowers pictured, but that's not what we received so we were offered new flowers that were to be delivered the next day, but they would have to be exchanged with the old ones and would look exactly the same as the old ones. We declined because we aren't going to take the birthday girl's gift away and replace it with something that's the same quality. Overall everyone was disappointed that the company falsely advertises what they deliver. It may have the same flowers in the vase, but it's not as grand as the $50 flowers that were paid for in the picture.
