I had a wonderful experience dealing with Enchanted Florist. The customer service is impeccable, they were very patient and understanding of my needs. Most importantly, the floral arrangements are beautiful and tasteful. I live out of town and needed to send an arrangement to someone. I called Enchanted Florist and over the phone they were able to take care of me and help me out with exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend them.

Hi. would like everyone to know that Enchanted Florist has the best creative arrangements and excellent customer service in the Scottsdale and beyond.  We live in California to place orders to the Scottsdale area with Enchanted Florist.  We are pleased they are very trustworthy!!!

I called this shop on the fly for a same day birthday arrangement and the owner Dale was very accommodating. He suggested that I speak with their flower designer to find the perfect bouquet for my needs. They even sent me an image of the arrangement via text message so I could see what I was getting. I found Dale's customer service to be top notch! Thank you for making my boss's birthday so special.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I called from across the country at 4 PM.  The best customer service I have ever received from a florist. I highly met recommend getting a bouquet of roses for your loved ones. They had my beautiful order on the steps Of my loved one within two hours. She said it was the most beautiful roses she has ever received. Thank you for your outstanding service and beautiful roses. They truly are the best in the Scottsdale area!

Enchanted florist and Scottsdale, Arizona – We would highly recommend this business for all of your floral needs.    Their personal attention to detail and flower arrangement is impeccable. Their customer service was above and beyond our expectations.    I had placed a first time order with them for a special Birthday arrangement. I was unable to attend the party but wanted this person to know that
 we cared.  I was told later by many attendees (as well as the recipient) that this arrangement  was  stunning. Thank you Enchanted Florist!! You are a keeper!!
