I've always been a fan of this shop. Especially their 50% off loose stem flowers on Fridays. I can spend 30$ on a massive bouquet of my personal choosing (that they wrap and tie for you)and it looks like I spent a fortune.  Heads up guys if your girl likes flowers.

I needed birthday flowers sent on a Monday and didn't think to do anything about it until Sunday afternoon.  Most online flower shops would not take such a late order on a Sunday but I put my order in online with Phoenix and the flowers were delivered by 9am the next morning.  And they were beautiful!

What a find, reminds me of the flower shops back in Ohio ... so homey and friendly! Not over the top or cookie cutter - I loved it!

Paid for flowers to be delivered on valentine's day. I was asked for two phone numbers in case there was any delivery issues. Well the flowers were delivered a day late and mind you no phone call was made saying they would not make it out. Called them to ask them why and no reason was really given just a sorry. I was asked if I'd like a refund i said no how about you deliver another dozen roses today before 5pm. Well guess what.... No delivery was made and the first dozen about half of them were already brown around the edges.. I will never use this company again.  Better off going to frys and picking them out myself  and paying a courier service to deliver  like how i used to.
