Made an online purchase from out-of-state for a funeral taking place in TX.  Apparently when I placed the order I had missed some info that was needed to ensure proper delivery.  Janelle went above and beyond to contact me (which wasn't an easy task that particular day) and made sure the flowers had all the needed info to be delivered properly and on time.  Also - the arrangement was gorgeous!!!  Excellent service.

Awesome flower shop! Janelle in the Tempe store was amazing! I wanted to make sure to send some sweetness to my friend and being from ND had no clue what shop to go with ! Janelle made it happen for sure !! The flower arrangement was PERFECT !! Will defiantly  order from Watson again☺

Thank you Jacob for making my significant's Valentine's day the best ever! The roses were arranged nicely in a beautiful vase!  Great job and delivered on time.

Same day delivery of roses in a beautiful arrangement. Most importantly, the flowers continue to look beautiful 2 days later with no evidence of wilting stems, dying flowers, etc. I've had problems over they years with many florists; flowers look good for 12 hours then die.  Watson consistently provides a beautiful, quality product. I won't use anyone else in the Phoenix area.
