Get people and the best service

Took my RV there based on a recommendation.  Simple work: front brakes and fix the headlights.  We learned later that the brake job wasn't very thorough.  Nasty brake fluid was left behind.  Since we don't drive at night, we didn't notice the shotty job on aligning the lights.  Neither light hits the road.  They charged $250 for parts (little plastic parts, not even lights) and labor that wasn't really there.  They also took a week longer than expected, and lacked decent communication.  If I didn't head out of town shortly thereafter, I would have gone back and demanded a refund.

As a woman, I never felt like I was NOT taken advantage of when it came to fixing my car. I not only, was not ripped off at Park Auto but after researching other places I got the best deal around. Ask for Mike the owner, he was so personable and ensured if I found a lesser price elsewhere he wuldb match it. Low and behold, no one was lesser!! Good peeps
