The stores assistant manager Micheal Rodriguez was amazing! He was polite and very kind and understanding. I had my 6 year old with after a long day and even though it was close to closing Micheal and his team did what they could and got us in and out quickly. I highly recommend the Sears Auto Center!!

This location is great. Ariel is very professional! I bring my BMW and Acura here for all-wheel alignments. When dealerships offer to check my alignment my cars are always perfect. Thanks Ariel and team Sears Automotive in Willow Grove!

Loved coming to this Sears Auto Shop! 
Arielle and Mike were awesome and helped me change my tire within no time. They were super nice and made sure I got out of there quickly.

Superb service, super clean store, I come for a wheel alignment and the mechanic diagnosed my vehicle which were hazards and had no clue of what was going on. Put his heart and soul into fixing my vehicle and I'm very grateful. Also the staff was excellent! Thanks fellas!
