Very nice people. Took about 10 minutes to check in and then had to wait over 1/2 hour in both directions while they were waiting for people to fill up the van. The shuttles were there waiting for the ship when we got through customs; didn't even have to call. Their system of having stickers to identify us to the shuttle driver worked great. Car was fine and we were able to self park, which we preferred. The lot is about 10 minutes drive from the port in a casino parking lot. This was much cheaper than parking at the port and some people we met said that the port parking was a long way from the ship.  I would allow an hour to check in and park and shuttle to the ship, and close to an hour to shuttle back to the parking lot after customs, which took a while just because of the number of people exiting the ship. A lot of the waiting was just luck as when we were ready both going and returning it happened that a shuttle had just left, so we had to wait for more people to arrive.

Great price, nice staff. Everything was fast and good.
I would definitely recommend and will  use again.

I would improve 2 things:

1- Having some kind os system to register the conditions that we left the car. I had no problem with my car, but I felt a little insecure as they didn't provide me any proof of the conditions my car was when I left (scratches, mileage, gas, etc) They should have a system like the ones used on the rental services, where they inspect the car with the customer and give them some kind of proof of the conditions. I took a few photos with my cell phone.

2-  They should have some covered spaces for the cars. My car was there for a week and it was very dirty with leaves and bird poop when I got back. That was not a big problem, but it would have been nicer to come home to a clean car.

Great experience. I enjoyed parking in a paved lot and not a grassy area. The shuttle was waiting for us after we parked and took us right to the ship. Price fir parking was reasonable. Shuttle was there as soon as we cleared customs coming back. Will park there again for our next cruise.

Our last trip using Park By the ports was exceptional. They were on time with the pick up, car was ready when we got there and they helped us with the bags.  Driver careful and respectful. They had our reservation despite the fact that we made it months ago.  No hassle. Restroom clean and convenient.

It was very convenient. Finding the parking lot was very simple as it was right off number one. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the van to come back from the airport which was no problem. They drove us right to the ship. When we returned, we had to wait about 10 minutes for the van to show up. Everything went very well. Everybody who worked there was very friendly. I would highly recommend them.
