We were staying in the area and this was the closest parking garage we could find when we first arrived. There were always spaces readily available and the employees were very helpful when we needed them. It's very close to the beach, and I found pricing to be completely reasonable. I come from Memphis and to park close to Beale Street you have to pay at least a $30. The pricing here is a dollar per hour until you get to 15 and then it's $20 up to 24 hours. The garage also looked very clean in the areas where we were.

Its a cheap place to park but the elevator doesnt work and walking up and down the stairs you get a very distinct smell of urine. I do like the fact that you park very close to the beach and I noticed a active security team patrolling the area. Other than that its not the best.

I had my rental car parked here while on vacation Sunday 1/8/18 from noon until 445pm.  During that time my car was broken into and my backpack containing expensive camera gear and a laptop was stolen.  I didn't realize it at first because nothing was actually broken, I'm assuming some electronic device was used to break in.  I reported the incident to police and spoke with head of security and with someone from parking administration, they informed me none of the cameras in the garage work and nothing could be done as far as investigating the break in.  Had the cameras been working the thief could have been identified.  Don't leave anything in your car here!
