Amazing experience from initial inquiring visit  to going through process of being a resident. I was helped tremendously by leasing specialist Lauren.. very professional and informal. I look forward to my residency here at Park Place because everything has been great thus far.

I lived there for 1 full year and here are the pro and cons of Park Place:

Pro-
Nice, Clean Fountain Park. You can play Pokemon Go there.
Relatively new building. Lots of doors for some reason.

Con-
ROACHES. A 2in roach fell on top of me while I was sleeping. In another instance, a 1.5in bug fell on my girlfriend while she was sleeping. 
Hidden Fees. Apparently there is a random $125 fee for moving out. Paid it anyways because I moved to a better establishment. There is also a 10% late payment fee.
Management. They were very nice when they were showing me the apartment. Not very friendly when you are a renter. This is consistent with other reviewers.
Noise. I lived next to the garage. Cars are always revving up at 1:00am. I woke up to it even though I am a deep sleeper.
Misled my coworker. They told her that there was a free one month promotion. When she renewed for lease, they told her the promotion was over. Coworker lost $1400 on the mix up.

Note to future renters: Good luck! Beware of roaches in the vents and/or while you sleep.

My husband and I have been living here for a year now and it's been a nightmare. The first few weeks within moving in, our dishwasher basically broke down and we put in multiple work orders to get it fixed, but nothing happened. It wasn't until we went down to the leasing office and literally sat and waited for them to call a technician in to come and fix it (or so we thought). 2 month later, our neighbor below us knocked on our door and told us that are dishwasher had been leaking water into their ceiling for months, and said they put in multiple work orders in, but nothing happened. Two days later they properly fix our dishwasher. Two months later the hit us with the 6 month water bill, which ends up being an outrageous amount and most likely due to the dishwasher leakage. Long story short, if you want to live in an apartment complex with: terrible staff, cheap appliances and overpriced rent, then park place is it

I moved in 2 weeks ago and have no complaints thus far. The front office staff has been extremely helpful and courteous.  The apartments are in a great area and the grounds are well kept.  I would definitely recommend!

Like one of the other reviews stated here, they will try to rip you off when you move out. I got a notice on my door when I lived there telling me to beware that they try to gouge you for water and other things and to beware. I paid little attention, thinking it was a random event. NOT  They did the same thing with me. I got a water bill that went up 800% and you have no recourse but to pay it. They couldn't explain it, just shrugged their shoulders. Did a water test, told me it was correct. REALLY??? 
 Its sad that they get all the rent each month then try and screw over you when it's time to move out. Their corporate office has very nasty speaking people working there (Ms Jenkins). Their rep tried to start an argument with me so she wouldn't have to do any work and could pass it off to legal dispute. Small minded people can't take being questioned. Not a very classy operation at the corporate level. BEWARE
