I lived in Pear Tree for 14 years. Growing up it was a safe neighborhood that catered to families (especially single mothers). Its all utilities included, 24 hr security, and it is HUD approved. Last few years, the management has been slacking. The maintenance is poor and the property manager can be quite nasty and rude. The staff in the office is always mixing things up. There are people here that have been residents for years and are still living with cracks in walls, run down carpet, and appliances from the 80s. The pros is that its close to everything and most of the residents are decent.

Horrible neighborhood peoples house's broken into that's three this last four months office staff is horrible and getting problems fixed on time good luck on that but cheap enough to keep you here neighboors are the nicest though the neighborhood watchs eachothrrs backs
