A 1 star review is far too good for this business!  Parker Uniforms makes the phone companies and large banks look like stellar industries.  Unbelievable disorganization.  We've waited for close to 4 months for about $300.00 of highly overpriced clothing to show up.  We've sent dozens of emails, called dozens of times, left many many messages and have even made 4 trips to their stores.  Each time is a wait of close to an hour.  They won't even answer simple questions about where the order might be until your turn in line comes up.  I get that to a point but we live 90 minutes away.  We have over 7 hours of our lives lost driving to this horrible business and nothing to show for it.  
If you are in charge of finding uniforms for your organization,  DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE unless you want every single person at your school mad as hell at you.

This store has wasted HOURS of my time. I ordered my child's school uniforms OVER TWO MONTHS AGO and was told they would be shipped immediately. I have received no communication from them, no updates, no information, NO UNIFORMS. I have called and waited on hold for over an hour, twice. When a representative answers they have no information, they just tell me that the items are available and should be shipped soon, they don't know when. This has been going on for two months. I was told they would be shipped immediately when I made my order. 

The wait in store is over an hour and a half now as school starts next week, which is why I went to the store and ordered my uniforms OVER TWO MONTHS AGO. Absolutely terrible experience. Hopefully our school will switch to a different uniform company next year.

This company is the worst. If you can buy uniform somewhere else, please use that chance. DO NOT GO TO PARKER WEBSITE! This is the worst experience ever, especially if you order clothes online. Customer service is useless. They put you on hold for a long time. Their system is a huge mess. I reported them to Business Bureau, and encourage every parent to do the same.  People at this store do not seem to know what they are doing. We finally got some clothes, but not all of them. They will tell you at the store that they will ship the rest - IT IS A LIE! There will be no shipments. You will never hear from them. They add items to online orders that we never wanted. They do not charge you correctly either: I am currently disputing my bill with the credit card company. Absolutely the worst experience. I will be petitioning my school to switch to a different provider. It is a shame that this company is still in business. They need to be reported, audited, and removed from the planet.

Wow. This company should not be in business! I wish our school had not chosen them to do our uniforms. I ordered uniforms online and received the order almost 2 months later and that too after emailing them and trying to contact them several times. After reaching them a month and a half later, they tell me they will be putting our Order in the mail that day. What!?? No apologies, no explanation, nothing. My order when received was incorrect not to mention the fit and quality of their polos is horrible. Not shapely or flattering. All the kids at our school look like they are floating in bags. One of my sons classmates logo even peeled off after the first day of school. This is not acceptable.

Every employee I encountered in this store was incredibly cordial and friendly. I am surprised at the previous reviews because I had such a good experience: I took home everything that day, the employees were clearly working very hard, and the return policy is very generous. Considering the high sales volume this store experiences at this time of year and the massive number of schools it caters to, I am happy with the service I received. I look forward to shopping here again .
