Been sitting in the lobby for the past 45 min just to exchange my disabled veterans pass. The ladies at the front are not very friendly and seem to not like their job really well. Another person came in and waited a good 10-15 min before either one of the ladies working even asked if she needed help.

Everybody there was very helpful even after quitting time they didn't kick me out the door. And they're very supportive of our veterans.
