Took my wife's Huffy bike for a tune-up.  Yes, they work on cheap bikes. They did a great job, fast, and did not charge me for more than was needed. (adjusted the gears)  As amateur bikers, we were thoroughly impressed with the value and service we got. It was our first time to interact with this bike shop.  Highly recommended!

Great experience! Our bike rack failed on the way to Hot Springs, destroying the rear wheel and tire on one of our bikes. Being in town for only a couple days, I didn’t have much hope for getting it fixed - and we were at the start of a month-long trip with the bikes. Took it to Parkside, and although they didn’t have the wheel we needed, they were able to put in an order and get it there the next day (I suspect they pulled together an expedited order on our behalf 🙂).  Bike is fixed, cost was reasonable, and the people were great!

I stopped in without much money and looking the part, but these people at Parkside Cycle gave me their time, respect, and attention. I was 1st a customer there 20 years ago and I will remain their customer for all my bike needs. Excellent customer service and genuine friendliness that goes great with a Sunday afternoon. Thanks, Parkside.

Great service , friendly people, did not try to sell me anything, just took care of my needs. I could go to bike shops that are closer to me but I prefer to drive a little further for great service.

Great little bike shop with an excellent location for riding out of. Oh, they've got cute dogs too! If you're a cyclist in the area, stop in - the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.
