My favorite car wash. I pay a lot here for the mini detail service so expect a lot. They could use better training and supervision of the crew since this visit I had to point out where seats weren't wiped down and there was tar (?) on outside finish of front panel (very noticeable and I was able to scrape loose with my finger nail so easily removable). Issues were fixed once pointed out but they thought the job was good enough. Sorry guys, for 40 plus bucks I expect more. And the car is less than 6 months old so how hard can this be?

Came back to give it another try and the service was incredible! Spoke with the manager and he took care of me. Went above and beyond to make sure the wash was spotless. Irvin has such pride in his car wash and you can see it. Thank you again for the great service!

I love this place. They are always so thorough and do a great job. The staff is%so%nice as well. Today I did not have my raincheck receipt. I talked to Jr. And he understood I would not come and try to get away with getting a free car wash. Thank you Jr. I appreciate you believing and re-washing my car especially since I paid for the complete detail not to long ago. Thank you for valuing your customers. :)

They charge an extra dollar for oversized car. I drive a Kia Soul! How on earth can my car be consider as an oversized !! I asked them that , they say because it is a hatch back!!! That is the most ridiculous thing. They can clearly see the size of my car. And that lady said she has been charging all hatch back as oversized vehicle for the whole day!!! She is SO Rude! I still found dirt on my vacuum carpet and the doors were not wiped down. I have been coming here for car washes for years. This is the first time I was charged an extra dollar for my "oversized " Kia Soul!!! Looks like I have to find another place.

This place always makes my car look so much better when they are finished washing it..The employees care how they do their work and it always shows. I have been going there ever since the place opened and have never gone anywhere else. This really is THE best car washing place in McKinney.
