I have never posted an online review before my experience at DreamWash. If you value your automobile or expect any modicum of customer service, don't go near this place. After running my car through the most basic wash, I realized that my rear wiper was removed completely. The manager went into the stall and found it. He handed it back saying that there's no damage The manager then took it from me (nicely), reversed course, and said that it was broken -- and it looks it had been damaged for some time. I asked how he knew when it had been broken (timing wise). He looked at me with a blank stare. The manager continued to inspect it before telling me that it was an aftermarket blade and there's nothing they can do. I asked why it being an aftermarket product matters. He didn't answer. Politely, he said he'd ask his owner about it "to see If there was anything they could do." He spoke to the owner about 10 feet from me. The manager came back and said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the owner, who said his name was Brian Lewis. After I outlined that it was broken in the wash and there was nothing wrong with it beforehand, Brian's first words were "It's a cheap after market blade and we're not responsible for it." If his words weren't poor enough form, his tone and body language were exceedingly worse. Brian then informed me that "I was mad because my cheap blade was broken." Again, stunningly poor word choices and his tone was deplorable. He went on to mock me and tell me that there's not a car wash in the country that would pay for a damaged after-market part. I wish I could underscore it wasn't so much what he was saying, but his delivery. Stunningly rude and unprofessional. I won't take you through the rest of the story in detail beyond saying that I was livid and Brian's tact only slipped further. I'll close by saying this was one of the rudest encounters in which I've ever participated. The manager handled himself well. Brian (if that's even is his name -- he was very reluctant to tell me his last name and claimed not to have any business cards) had zero interest in even attempting to assuage a customer who initiated the conversation in nicely and in an even voice. There are plenty of car washes in the vicinity. I suggest strongly you steer clear of this one. Thank you for reading.

I've been on their VIP program for several months and have now cancelled after several incidents - I do not recommend. 1. Went through a wash, something seemed odd but couldn't really say, but when I got to my next destination and got out I realized the car was covered in a sort of slime, not clean at all. I had to go back to the car wash and they said there was something wrong and it was fixed I could go back through the car wash. Well, when I attempted to go back through the VIP lane it first denied me saying something about a limit on how frequently I could get a wash. Well, just a side note, the sign at the end of the wash lane doesn't mention anything other than unlimited washes and I recall no contract stating such fine print. Really, if you had a wash and then something happened to dirty your car and you needed to meet a client, you could not go back through? Customers are abusing it? Well, of course they had to let me through that day. 2. Another time, I got through the pass and into line and other cars came behind. However, they had a very dirty truck at the front of the line they proceeded to basically hand wash right there in line while we sat trapped. After about 10 minutes the truck finally went into the wash and we all moved. Before going in I asked about it speaking with a person identified as the manager. He said they can't let the muddy truck into the wash and he paid extra. But while, of course, I understand you can't have the mud go in the wash bay, as a business owner for the past nine years myself I cannot fathom allowing some customers to pay extra to inconvenience and delay my other customers. Extra service is to be made at the expense of some customers? I've been trying to think of other places where that happens. I suppose the first class passengers pay extra to get on the plane first, but of course we are all leaving together in the end. But really here the bigger problem I have is that we already paid, got into line and then find out there will be a delay for one customer. There was no way to leave which I would have rather than wait and since I was on VIP would not have needed a refund. But it wasn't an option. But worse, the attitude was odd, no apology, an employee who is getting paid by the hour and doesn't see why the customer would be in hurry since he isn't. I asked if I could raise my concern to the owner. let them know how I felt. The manager replied in a sharp flat tone, "NO!". I couldn't write the owner let alone call. Wow. OK. 3. Another time I went through and while the machines were spinning and there was water, they never actually touched the car, they just spun up above. The car got wet and the dust was removed didn't care to try for another wash that day but I let them know. 4. The last time I went in there were two people at the entry and one started knocking on the passenger window to get my attention and was indicating he would turn my mirror. I tried to wave him off as I have fully automated mirrors and always turn them in as I enter the bay and then back when past the brushes. He turned it anyway. By the time I got him to turn it back and showed him I can turn from inside the car the other one on the drivers side is now yelling at me about the neutral setting. Extremely rude and annoying. So that's it, I am done with this wash. You create a VIP program and treat the members without a modicum of respect or real perks. Did I mention that even the VIP pass takes a minute or two to actually work? You pull up and wait and wait and wait and then move your car a bit forward and then back (is this thing reading?) and then finally it opens. I don't give up on a business for one issue. But there have been a few and I just don't get the impression anyone really gives a what not. Kinda feels like an airline.

Average priced wash, we did an exterior/interior clean and the guys that did the hand drying and detailing did a really good job. Beter than I was expecting (compared to other places I've been). The truck was really clean. ..impressed...thanks guys. The place in general was very clean and we'll maintained.

Have been going here since it opened. This last time one of their spinners pulled back on the driver's side mirror and broke it. I let them know and immediately their stance was it was my fault, there was a lot of prior damage that caused it to break. I took it to two different body shops for quotes and both said they completely disagreed with the 'prior damage' argument as they saw nothing to support that claim. DreamWash said I'm completely to blame because the mirrors were not pulled in but as I stated it was from the spinner pulling it OUT too far that broke it. I'm really disappointed with how they have handled this. From the second I reported it, before even seeing the damage, it was clear they had already taken their stance that the customer is always wrong. They told me to buy a replacement mirror on eBay (that I pay for) and then they will install it for me as though I'm supposed to think that's a great deal. They broke it, blamed me for it and want me to let them install it. I'm not upset about them not covering the costs (even though I believe they absolutely should) but that they don't value me as a customer. If they would have seemed genuinely concerned and legitimately looked into this THEN came back with something like 'we cannot determine from our video if we caused all the damage or not'...I would have respected that. Instead they immediately began saying they were certain it was my fault and everything since has been EXACTLY in line with their initial statement to me. And I know they will respond to this post with the same robotic jargon only saying how it's 100% my fault and 0% theirs. Then everyone reading it can see first hand how much they value customers...even ones that have been going there since it opened.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I've been a big fan for the last 3 months. They do a great job prepping my car and the wash (GOLD) does a great job of cleaning my SUV. Everyone has been very pleasant to talk to they really are enjoying work and go out of their way to make sure I feel loved. I've had them detail my car just now and it looks better than the day I brought it home new. The facility is very clean and brand new and the vacuums are the most powerful I've every experienced. Their equipment blows the car dry after the wash and it doesn't even need a towel dry afterwards. They even have the equipment put tire dressing on while the car is being dried. Way better than waiting for someone to wipe water off my car and put tire dressing on like the other washes. TWO THUMBS UP! If I had more thumbs I would stick them up too! 5/24/2017 UPDATE Definitely the best car wash in DFW. Since my last review I've visited this place every week to clean my two vehicles and they have never let me down. The managers have always been a pleasure to talk. They have added complimentary towels for all customers since I last reviewed which is a nice touch you don't see anywhere.
