Extremely impressed with Carmel Car Wash. From the excellent customer service, thorough cleaning of your car and the overall cleanliness of the place both inside and out. I waited for over an hour while they did a detail package and didn't mind it one bit! Leaving as a happy customer and with an excellently clean car.

They did a really thorough job on an exterior only wash. When I'm by it again I'll let them do it again.

Update second trip  I was the only car in the place and they failed miserably. Left bugs all over and somehow little spots of grease on both sides. The wash guy didn't hit the front of the truck at all not the windshield. Three drying guys and that's about all they did. 

Won't be wasting my time and money with these lazy pukes again.

Very impressed with the full detail we received on our Toyota Highlander. They spent extra time and were able to remove the paint overspray on the right side of the vehicle. Interior was very well done too.

Nervous trying new places as my truck is brand new and don't want to get the paint messed up. Decided on giving this place a shot and for $15 with no wash guarantee it's quite expensive. They did a decent job removing bugs and stuff from the grille as I just returned from a road trip. That being said, no one bothered to re-attach my antenna and the price is way to high for what you get. Also other places will re-wash within 3 days of visit if it rains or just if you want it washed again, and for half the price.

Very poor service.  I made the mistake of getting a gift card because they gave a free was for loading the car up.  The wash itself is fine but the drying and service afterwards is not that great.  The guys who was drying the car would towel the inside of the door or the trunk.  There is soap there.  He said his manager will get mad at him.  He said you can do it and gave me his towel.  So guess who wiped the inside of the door down?.... This guy.  🤗🤔👎
