I came here to have a car cleaned for selling and am not disappointed. It looks as good as new, wonderful. So glad I brought my car here and have another that will be coming soon as well. They have a nice lobby to sit and wait in or there are many shops and restaurants in the area to keep you busy while the car is being cleaned up.

I was not only impressed with the job that they did on my car, but one of the workers apparently hit the curb pulling my car into the car wash and left a nick on my front wheel. I wouldn't even had known, if it wasn't for the fact that the manager, Jason B. told me and offered to fix it or give me a full detail on my car. In this day and age, you don't often see people admitting that they are in the wrong and offering to make good on it. Thank-you Jason and to the worker (I didn't get his name) for your honesty.

Tried talking to the mgr., Jason Bartholomew, about damage to my vehicles caused by the excessive force their rotary spinning washers work at. I've literally had parts torn off of my vehicles. He handed me two metal plugs for a Westin nerf bar step that they had to go back into the tunnel to find. Well, that didn't cut it as Folsom Chevrolet couldn't fix it because the post which fits into the plug was broken off. They tried to epoxy glue it, but that would have been torn off immediately. That cost me $67. Then, I took it to Campways Truck Accessories and they replaced it with OEM part and installed it for free. The part cost $30. So, now I bring the truck back and describe the damage just to FYI to Jason B. He could have cared less. His attitude was, I'm not adjusting my equipment based on your aftermarket parts damage. Basically, calling me a liar without actually using the term. Next, I have a '15 Camaro that I bought a month ago with 13,560 miles on it from Folsom Chevrolet. I sold an immaculate Z06 Corvette with 8,900 miles on it to buy the Camaro. Garage kept, it got a little dusty, so I ran it through Suds Car Wash and now have dings on the front bumper just above the air dam and above the air intake in a straight line. This was not on the car when I took it in. There are also lots of little chips taken out of the clear coat on top of the car plus a big scratch across the hood. He said he would need to see the car. Well, it goes there this morning for review. I memorized every detail of this car when I bought it. It was immaculate. No dings, scratches, etc. The paint was perfect except for one small spot on the top of the left front fender. I have receipts for everything. Now, Jason wants to review the car being washed by his cameras in the tunnel. I don't know what that's going to prove. But, if you go to Yelp! you can see they have a lot of issues which someone answers in a very rude and defensive manner. This is not the place to take a valuable car to. Might be fine for your old beater. But, other than that, I'm going back to using Folsom Glenn. They do a better job even if it is further away from me. I took my Camaro in this morning and showed Jason the dents in the front bumper and the chips in the clear coat on top of the hood, fenders, and quarter panels. He claims they were 'rock chips' and wanted to bring the car to his detail shop where he could fill them in with wax and hide them. I asked him how he was going to fix the dents in the front and I told him he was being recorded on my phone camera. I also showed him the receipts and the costs to replace the part they damaged on my truck. I still have the two ten cent parts he gave me as a fix when it occurred. He asked me why I didn't bring the truck back to him. I told him, I'm not bringing anything back to the people who damaged it. What makes him think they're better than a trained Chevy technician or the Campways dealer who sold me the OEM part and installed it for free? I said, That's customer service. Always, jerks like this get scared and immediately want to run away after trying to swell up and intimidate me fail. He tried to put everything he said yesterday on me and that when I told him I wanted his last name for the court subpoena, he freaked and practically ran inside... I went in and asked him again for his last name and all he could manage to say was "Put down your contact information for the owners. It will be up to them to decide if they give you my name." Then, he went and hid behind the counter literally with Tia, the cashier, in front of him for protection. When I asked who Andrea L. was that always has negative responses to anybody that leaves them a negative Yelp! review. He said she was one of the owners. Update 9/18/2017: Opened up a claim with State Farm and collision center appraisal today by a State Farm expert was just as I expected. State Farm will be coming after you for reimbursement. You still owe me for $410. You have my contact information and State Farm has yours. A USPS money order for $410 will suffice in 7 days.

Best detail shop in the greater Sacramento area. Attention to detail is key and they have it down!
