Fell on some ice with my baby in front of the store. I busted up my knee pretty bad and twisted my ankle. I tried to fall a certain way so to protect my baby but the way I fell I accidentally fell on her head. I went inside to notify them of what happened. They immediately went outside to salt the ice but not one person asked if me or my baby were okay not even the manager or the cashier that I spoke with about the fall. Thanks party City for making me feel like trash. I understand that the ice wasn't their fault, but it would've gone along way if they just took a second to act like they're at least concerned for my baby.

Staff was VERY friendly and helpful.  They have EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need for a party..   Thumbs up.  Would suggest them totally.

Had great experience the staff there went out of their way to serve me. Had came from Chicago to pickup a transmission and party city in Chicago was out of my daughter's costume so big up's to them
